Dalgona coffee

Ingredients

Check items as you go.

• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp hot water
• 8 oz milk

Method

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant coffee, brown sugar, and hot water. use a hand mixer or whisk to blend together until smooth and fluffy, similar to a meringue

2. Add milk to a cup with ice and top with whipped coffee. enjoy!
